Description
EPC Namibia is looking for a strong, experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Swakopmund.
This role will be mainly office-based, but it will definitely involve travel across Namibia to visit clients, mines and contractors. We need someone who understands the mining and earthmoving industry — this is not negotiable. Industry experience is a must.
We are looking for someone who knows how this market works, understands parts and components, and can confidently speak to customers about their equipment and needs.
Responsibilities
What the role will involve:
• Managing and growing relationships with mining and earthmoving clients
• Identifying new opportunities within Namibia
• Visiting clients on-site when required
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Working towards monthly sales targets
• Promoting our full product range
• Supporting customers with product knowledge and guidance
• Keeping sales records and communication organised
• Working closely with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
• Proven experience in the mining and/or earthmoving industry (essential)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a sales role
• Valid driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel across Namibia
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
